RICHMOND, Va. — Members of the Virginia Defense Force volunteer their time to assist with traffic control Nov. 11, 2016, at the Commonwealth’s Veterans Day Ceremony at the Virginia War Memorial in Richmond, Virginia. More than 15 VDF troops were on hand to assist visitors with parking and answering questions about the event.
